Whether you're celebrating their birthday, anniversary, sending a get-well wish, or a condolence ... making a donation in honor or memory of someone is a wonderful tribute to them. Take a moment to fill out the online donation form. Be sure to write Honor or Memorial and include the name and address of the person you are honoring in the note section of the form.
